The following are your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling )Regulations 2000 –
1. If you buy a print and for any reason are not satisfied, you may return it undamaged for a full and prompt refund, less any postage costs.
2. Any damaged prints will either be replaced or a full refund given.
3. You may cancel the order and obtain a full refund -
(a) Prior to receipt of the print(s), or
(b) Within 7 days of receipt of the print(s).
All prints are signed and titled (and numbered where limited edition).
All orders are acknowledged via e-mail. Should you encounter any difficulties, please get in touch with me either via e-mail, or by phone on 07740 797777.
All prices are in UK sterling. Shipping for all orders is £5.00. Within the UK, prints will be despatched Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service. For overseas shipping, Royal Mail International track packages while in UK, and deliver at the earliest in 5 days.
Framed prints and mounted prints are boxed and packaged securely.
