Biography

I have been a keen photographer for the past 25 years, setting up Monochrome Wales in 2006. I work mostly in the medium of black and white, producing mainly images of the Welsh landscape.

I have exhibited my photo art regularly in national and international exhibitions, and speak on my work and techniques in photographic clubs throughout Wales. I held my first solo exhibition in Swansea in 2006. My work is for sale in various galleries and craft outlets in the UK.

In 1994 I gained a Fellowship of the Royal Photographic Society for my monochrome landscape photography. This involved me in submitting a panel of my monochrome landscapes for assessment by a body of eminent photographers. The whole experience drove me forward in improving my skills and techniques.

I am a member of the Gower Photographic Group, a small group of landscape monochrome photographers who meet monthly to simply share the love of seeing good prints. I am also a member of Swansea Camera Club.

Photography is a passion of mine, and I do hope that you can share some of that passion when you view my work.
